About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to zoviy.com and purchases from the ZOVIY online store. ZOVIY is an individually operated business using the trading name ZOVIY. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean the operator of ZOVIY. Our store is hosted on Shopify. ZOVIY is the seller responsible for its customer orders; Shopify, payment processors and fulfillment suppliers provide services that support the store.

United States sales and eligibility

Our current sales and delivery region is the United States, and prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). You must be an adult able to enter a purchase agreement and use an authorized payment method. Products are intended for adult miniature-building hobbies. Follow each product’s age guidance and safety instructions; small parts and tools may present hazards.

Product information and availability

Read the product description, model, dimensions, materials, assembly requirements, lighting and battery information, included components and delivery information before purchasing. Images may show an assembled model and styling items that are not included. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Availability can change before an order is accepted. Supplier availability does not mean ZOVIY physically holds that stock.

We aim to present accurate product information. If a material description, availability or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you with a correction and an appropriate choice to proceed or cancel. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed charge without your consent.

Prices and payment

Review the items, quantities, delivery charges, applicable taxes and final amount before authorizing payment. Changes to displayed prices do not retrospectively change a completed purchase. Payment is processed using the payment options actually offered at checkout. Do not send card details, passwords or security codes through our contact form or email.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order authorizes collection of the displayed total. A payment receipt confirms a payment event and does not mean an order has shipped. We review the payment, product availability and fulfillment details. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and promptly refund the affected payment. We may decline transactions with unresolved payment, address, availability or fraud concerns, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for supplying accurate contact and delivery information. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We will explain any limitations caused by fulfillment already being underway.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order enters an irreversible supplier purchase or shipping stage. Contact us with your order or payment reference. We do not promise a fixed number of hours for cancellation. If fulfillment can no longer be stopped, the Returns & Refund Policy applies.

Fulfillment and shipping

Products may be fulfilled by supplier partners. Processing time is the time needed to prepare and hand an order to the carrier; transit time is the carrier’s travel time after dispatch. Review the Shipping Policy and product-specific estimates. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. ZOVIY remains responsible for handling order questions and delivery problems.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you purchased, we will notify you, explain the revised estimate and offer a cancellation and refund option. We will obtain consent to a revised shipment where required and will not silently extend an order indefinitely.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains the 7-day request window, product conditions, return shipping responsibility, verified fulfillment problems and refunds. Product-specific exceptions must be visible before purchase. A supplier’s refusal does not remove ZOVIY’s obligations under the policy or applicable law.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. We use your contact details for order, payment, delivery and support communications. Marketing preferences are separate from messages needed to administer a purchase. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours; this is a response goal, not a promise that every issue will be resolved within that time.

Intellectual property

Store text, branding, photography and other material are owned by ZOVIY or used with the relevant rights. Product and supplier trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping and reference, but must not copy or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent payments, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited messages, malicious software, unauthorized access, or interference with other customers or the service. Do not misuse personal information obtained through the store. We may restrict misuse while preserving any obligations relating to existing lawful purchases.

Service limits and consumer rights

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by matters beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides an express product promise, or limits mandatory consumer rights, available refunds, or remedies for our own unlawful conduct.

Applicable law and changes

Applicable United States federal and state law governs where required. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive statutory consumer remedies, or require you to give up a court or venue available under applicable law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the update date; changes do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
